Postal Purchases

You can pay by cheque, postal order or money order in Pounds Sterling.

All cheques and money orders must be drawn on a UK bank and made payable to Erin House Prints.

Guarantee

All items are produced to the highest standards by the appropriate supplier. They are securely packed and we are confident that your parcel will arrive safely.

In the unlikely event that any item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@erinhouseprints.com or call 01757 270484 stating the nature of the damage to the packaging and/or contents so that we can investigate and put the matter right.

Please retain all the original packing materials. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Delivery

We have no minimum order value and use fast and cost effective carriers to ensure prompt and safe delivery of your order.

Orders will normally be dispatched within 5 working days.

We will advise you of any delay outside this time scale.

You will be advised by email when your order has been dispatched.

A signature is required upon delivery.

If your order is more urgent please telephone us for our priority service.

Ownership

Goods remain the property of Erin House until payment has been received in full.

Charges

A carriage charge of £5.00 per order applies to all UK Mainland addresses.

All other areas, including overseas will be charged at cost.

Returns

If you are not delighted with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

All items must be received back undamaged and in a saleable condition with all tags and labels attached and in the original box.

We will advise you of the best method of return for the item.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If the item is being returned as a result of our error, return postage costs will be refunded.

Erin House does not sell or trade any of your personal details to third parties but you may receive from time to time other information from Erin House as a result of your order/enquiry.

This information is used solely by us to improve our service to you.
