How to order

Ordering from Erin House is straightforward.

We accept orders from our website using the online order form, by telephone or by post.

When we receive your order, either by telephone or from our website, then within 24 hrs we will email you a PayPal Invoice for payment.

Your invoice can be paid using your credit/debit card or your Paypal account if you use one.

Upon receipt of your payment your order will be despatched.

Delivery (UK Mainland)

  • Orders are sent out via Royal Mail or our Approved Carrier.
  • Items are despatched at a cost of just £5.00 per order and will need to be signed for on receipt.
  • Prints are despatched flat-packed to UK mainland addresses and in strong mailing tubes to all other destinations.
  • Please include your daytime telephone number on our order form to help us contact you quickly in the event of any query.
  • Orders will normally be despatched within 3 working days and we will email you to advise of despatch.
  • We will advise you of any delay outside this time scale. 
  • If your order is more urgent please telephone us for our priority service.

Delivery (Overseas)

  • Our preferred shipper is Royal Mail International Signed For Service.
  • Shipping charges are made at cost only, but as each order will vary in weight, it is not possible to give accurate shipping costs on the website. Please complete the shipping quotation order form and submit it to us and we will be pleased to supply you with a shipping quotation for approval prior to proceeding your order.
  • Prints are despatched in strong mailing tubes.
  • All other items are securely packed and boxed.
  • Orders should normally be received within 7-10 working days from date of dispatch.

International Orders

  • Import taxes/duties vary from country to country and it is not possible for us to maintain current details for all countries.
  • Any taxes which may be due at the time of receipt are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you wish to know what these charges might be, please contact your local customs authority.

Guarantee

  • All items are securely packed and we are confident your package will arrive safely.
  • Contact sales@erinhouseprints.com in the unlikely event that any item arrives damaged. Please send an e-mail immediately stating the nature of the damage to the packaging and/or contents so that we can investigate and put the matter right. Please retain all original packing materials. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns

  • If you are not delighted with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • All items must be received back undamaged and in a saleable condition.
  • Before return please contact us on 01757 270484 for an authorised returns number or email us at returns@erinhouseprints.com  we will advise you of the best method of return for the item.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Ownership

Goods remain the property of Erin House until payment has been received in full.
